By accessing or using MonTake, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of service

MonTake is a personal subscription and recurring payment tracker. The app may help you organize subscription names, prices, categories, renewal dates, notes, budget settings, trial dates, and related information that you choose to enter.

Your responsibility for information

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of any information you enter into MonTake. Renewal dates, monthly totals, yearly totals, alerts, savings estimates, and insights are based on the data you provide and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

No financial, legal, or professional advice

MonTake is provided for organization and informational purposes only. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You should verify payment amounts, renewal dates, cancellation requirements, and account activity directly with your bank, card issuer, subscription provider, or other appropriate professional.

Subscription cancellation

MonTake may provide tools or links to help you search for cancellation information. MonTake does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf, does not guarantee that cancellation information is accurate, and is not responsible for charges, renewals, missed deadlines, provider policies, or cancellation outcomes.

Accounts and third-party services

MonTake may use Google sign-in, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Hosting, and Firebase Firestore. Your use of those services may also be subject to Google's terms and policies. MonTake is not responsible for third-party service interruptions, account access issues, data handling, or changes made by third-party providers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse MonTake, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate applicable law, or use the app in a way that harms another person or service.

Data controls

MonTake may allow you to export data, clear local browser data, sign out, or delete cloud data. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Deleting data may be permanent and may not be recoverable.

Availability and changes

MonTake is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be changed, suspended, removed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MonTake disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MonTake and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed payments, subscription charges, account fees, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of MonTake after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
